• Businesses are unable to connect purpose and profits together on the spectrum of inclusive management.

• The vision and mission statements of businesses are steeped in purpose. However business outcomes are measured in revenues. This needs to change, simply because we can’t have a purpose driven framework measure returns in business-as-usual terms.

• When organisations don't function with a true purpose framework, they are unable to create a culture of purpose. As a result, in the event of a pandemic such as the present COVID-19 crisis, they are unable to reinvent, recreate and achieve their potential.
