I am a people person. I believe that people come first in everything we do, and through more than 20 years of experience (in which 13 at Accor), I brought that to life in different domains. Marketing, Loyalty or HR, the focus of my career is the understanding of human behaviors and mindsets, in other words, why and what drive us to act the way we do. On the corporate level or into the real life, I work to constantly improve the growth and development of those around me, so that our authenticity can be reached together, with all the strengths and weakness that comes along.
